Membership terms
Scope and purchase
These terms cover optional HereLoop membership purchased through the App Store. The purchase screen shows the benefits, period, any trial, and localized tax-inclusive price. Confirming purchase authorizes the store to charge under its rules.
Auto-renewal
Membership renews for the period and price shown on the purchase screen unless cancelled in system subscription settings before the current period ends. Renewal timing, price-change notices, and failed-payment handling follow app-store rules and the purchase disclosure.
Cancellation
Cancel at any time in App Store subscription management. Deleting the App or HereLoop account does not cancel the subscription. Unless law or store rules provide otherwise, benefits continue through the paid period after cancellation.
Refunds and restore
Refund, revocation, billing grace, and purchase restoration follow verified app-store state and applicable consumer law. HereLoop does not directly collect subscription payment; submit refund requests through the store. Verified purchases can be restored in the App.
Membership benefits
Current benefits may include zero-knowledge identity backup, more account devices, extended local limits, and premium appearance, as shown at purchase. Core browsing, listing, barter, fixed-price sale, private coordination, encryption, and safety remain free.
Benefit changes
We may improve, replace, or discontinue benefits for future periods with legally required notice. We will not arbitrarily make a material reduction to principal promised benefits during an already-paid period. Cancel before renewal if you reject a future change.
Expiry and account deletion
Membership expiry does not delete local device data, although membership-dependent cloud functions may stop or become limited. Account deletion removes regional account and cloud-backup data under the privacy policy but does not cancel the store subscription.
